What Happens Next?

  • Acknowledgement: You’ll receive an automatic confirmation that the report was received.

  • Triage: The Member Safety Group will review the report and categorize it (urgent / non-urgent).

  • Immediate safety steps (if needed): Temporary protections may be recommended (e.g., temporary suspension from events or no-contact).

  • Investigation: The Member Safety Group will gather facts, invite responses from relevant parties, and consult an external advisor if required.

  • Outcome & follow-up: We will propose remedies (support, mediation, suspension, removal, or referral to authorities). Non-identifying summaries of decisions may be shared with the community.
    Timeframe: We aim to respond within 48–72 hours for initial contact and to resolve matters as quickly as possible while conducting a fair review.

This form is for reporting concerns of misconduct, coercion, harassment, boundary violations, or safety incidents involving our community. You may submit this form anonymously, but providing contact details will allow us to follow up and offer support. All reports are treated seriously and handled with care. If you need immediate emotional support, please consult your local resources or a national hotline.
