What Happens Next?

Acknowledgement: You’ll receive an automatic confirmation that the report was received.

Triage: The Member Safety Group will review the report and categorize it (urgent / non-urgent).

Immediate safety steps (if needed): Temporary protections may be recommended (e.g., temporary suspension from events or no-contact).

Investigation: The Member Safety Group will gather facts, invite responses from relevant parties, and consult an external advisor if required.

Outcome & follow-up: We will propose remedies (support, mediation, suspension, removal, or referral to authorities). Non-identifying summaries of decisions may be shared with the community.
Timeframe: We aim to respond within 48–72 hours for initial contact and to resolve matters as quickly as possible while conducting a fair review.
